1. Scope of Coaching Services
The Coach agrees to provide coaching services to the Client aimed at personal development in service of developing strengths and accomplishing goals. Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and professional potential. Coaching is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care.
2. Confidentiality
All discussions between the Coach and Client are strictly confidential. No information will be shared with third parties without the Client's explicit written consent, except in the following circumstances:
If the Coach believes there is an imminent risk of harm to the Client or others.
As required by law (e.g., court order, subpoena).
For supervision or training purposes, where client identity will be anonymized.

5. Fees and Payment
The total fee for Pricing based on single session is $150 USD per session.
Payment Schedule: Full payment is due at time of booking (unless otherwise agreed upon by yourself and the Coach).
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit/debit cards via Stripe payment processing.
Late Payment Policy: 1% late fee per day will be applied beginning after 30 days.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Sessions canceled less than 24 hours before the session will result in a $50 late cancellation fee. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions when sufficient notice is given.
7. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time. In the event of termination by the Client, any previously booked sessions are non-refundable. In the event of termination by the Coach, any previously booked sessions will be refunded to the Client on a prorated basis.

All sales are final once coaching services commence.
9. Disclaimer
The Client understands that Coaching is not a substitute for mental health counseling. The Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing their own physical, mental, and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions, and results arising out of the coaching relationship.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida/USA.
11. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Coach and the Client and supersedes all prior discussions, negotiations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
